Activate Aromatherapy. If you work from home, light some candles, set an oil diffuser, light up some natural incense, or spritz some natural room spray around your home. Aromatherapy benefits include stress relief, congestion clearing, relief of mind and body tension, and even mood boosting!
Write it Out. One of the most effective methods I use for relaxation is writing. Take a moment to have a writing session that helps clear your mind, gather your thoughts, or sort out emotions.
