Changing our inner selves to alleviate the "frustrations" concerning daily life deals greatly with knowledge. There are two parts of knowledge which must be addressed in order to obtain happiness while in the presence of this sort of frustration: knowledge of your frustration, and knowledge of self. Quite simply, the two really go hand in hand. If the source of your frustrations is anything that you were not physically born with, then it is an issue of self knowledge.Things that we accumulate along the way in life's journey are simply reflections of us, that are not definitions of us. In order to understand this, we must know ourselves. Too often, many people get caught up in the "serious" parts of life, the status quo, and the success measurements, and make the immense mistake of defining themselves by how much they've accumulated externally while on their life journey. This happens because of lack of knowledge of self. When we do not travel inward and have that conversation to get closer to our inner man/woman, we miss out on intricate details about our personality, our likes, dislikes, our needs, the desires of the heart, the greatness of self, and much more.
