This is why it is important to be intentional with your days. To not allow your days to rule you, but to seek to rule your days. Think of your "Word of the Week" as your focus for the week. What characteristics did you struggle with last week? If you feel the need to improve upon being organized, then your word of the week may be "Organization". Though this is a broad word, it can carry over into various areas of your life, and actually be beneficial. Every morning reflect on the word with stillness and meditation. At the winding down of the evening, grab a paper or journal and write a few thoughts that come to mind surrounding that word. What have you learned throughout the day about this word? What wisdom has come to you now that you've decided to be intentional by implementing a "Word of the Week"?
