If you're one to believe that the young generation is ignorant to the arts, you couldn't be more wrong. Dallas, Texas served as a canvas for young, fly, artistic individuals to turn the ordinary night-life into a creative networking experience.
Presented by BAD Productions, The Dallas Art Project, held July 5th, merged all segments of the arts including fashion, art, music, and spoken word into The Basement giving young professionals a chance to network and expand their business ventures.
It is always an uplifting and inspiring sight to see our generation unified for a creative, professional and positive cause. All aspects of the arts serve as a gateway of expression for the artist, and a source of inspiration to the artist's audience. The Dallas Art Project was exactly how I idealize a fulfilling and intriguing event. Possibly the most admirable part of the event was the level of positive vibes, support, respect, and unification displayed throughout the night. DFW has done it again, and with the consistency that we have seen from the young, independent artist community, the arts in DFW is headed to the very next level of a takeover.
